Ok now that I found the right model/type of lift (in picture), how do I charge this thing? the charger is inside, so open it up and then does it have to be left open?

Curious to know how that "Quick pick" remote works. Is it meant for operator to control a travel or lift function? Is it wireless based upon WiFi signal?

I have a crown pw3520-60 electric pallet jack that will not lift. I bypassed switch at solenoid and it lifted. I replaced raise switch on control handle. This did not fix problem. I swapped out the solenoid b/c I had an extra one and it did not fix the problem either. What could be the problem? Battery is charged and full of water. Machine operates correctly otherwise.

These are way better than other lift's.

I wish I my company had this.

I used to drive one of these with double reach, but not one with the single mast, it had a glass pane in the front. Best controls vs Raymond for sure, the joystick does the job of everything except steering! I was referred to as Speedy Scott because I could instantly control the height of the forks and get a pallet down lol

Thanks for your question, MsXian143. The basic guideline for planned maintenance is for it to be performed every 60 days or 250 hours - whichever comes first. The frequency of this interval may need to be increased in some applications; for example, if the truck is used in a freezer or in food processing environments. And of course, you should work closely with your local Crown contact to develop a service plan unique for your needs.

i just want to ask, when was the standard Preventive Maintenance of this forklift (RC 5500) is it every month, every three months or every year..please answer

We use reach trucks in our warehouse for furniture picking. Furniture is too large to place in the cherrypicker aisles, so we have double-wide aisles that we use the reaches to pull the furniture down with.

There is truly nothing like a Crown. I have personally used only a handfull of different Crown products including a 2007 SP order picker with two speed lift, a 90's model sp, pallet trucks both 90's and almost new, a 2006 RR series with two speed lift and a 2009 RR with electronic steering, two speed lift and the 123 system with the traction control. I've run most of the trucks in this video :) Wave, M and B Series Stackers, TSP 6000 and have never worked at a company that doesn't use Crown pallet jacks. They make great stuff!
